At Subohi Agriparks Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest-quality dairy products directly from our farms. Due to the perishable nature of dairy items, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy to maintain food safety and quality standards.

However, we do acknowledge that under certain conditions, customers may face genuine issues, and we are always open to assisting you. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Products Covered

This policy applies to all products listed and sold by Subohi Agriparks Pvt. Ltd. through our official:

  • Website (www.subohi.in)

  • Mobile Application

  • Authorised Retail Outlets and Sales Partners

Products include, but are not limited to:
Milk (toned, full cream), Ghee, Paneer, Khoya, Sweets (Peda, Kaju Katli), Lassi, and other dairy items.


Important Buyer Responsibility

We request all customers to:

  • Carefully check the manufacturing date, expiry date, packaging integrity, and product temperature at the time of purchase/delivery.

  • Ensure proper cold storage or refrigeration immediately after receiving the product to preserve its freshness.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and safety concerns, returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste or texture preference

  • Product not stored properly after delivery

  • Orders not collected or delayed by the buyer

  • Products purchased near expiry or consumed partially


Valid Scenarios for Review

You may be eligible for assistance only if the issue meets the following conditions:

  1. Product is spoiled, contaminated, or damaged at the time of delivery or pick-up.

  2. Product received is different from what was ordered.

  3. Packaging is torn, leaking, or tampered with, and reported immediately.


How to Raise a Concern

Subject: Return/Refund Request – [Order ID]

Include the following details:

  • Order ID and Date of Purchase

  • Product Name and Quantity

  • Issue Description

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Date and time of delivery/receipt

📌 Complaints must be submitted within 2 hours of receiving the product to be considered.


Resolution Timeline

Once we receive your email:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.

  • Our team will investigate the concern and respond with a resolution within 2–4 working days.

  • In valid cases, we may offer one of the following:

    • Replacement (subject to availability)

    • Credit voucher for future orders

    • Partial or full refund (in rare cases, at company discretion)
